Python Developer with Veeva Vault

Accenture seeks a Python Developer with experience in Pharma R&D Clinical Systems, specifically Veeva Vault, to design and deliver custom software solutions in a hybrid role based in Nashville, Tennessee. The position focuses on building scalable, high‑performing applications and collaborating across cross‑functional teams. The role offers a salary range of USD 59,100 to 196,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enhance software components across multiple systems or applications to meet project requirements.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding and coordinating the team to achieve effective performance.
• Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to the overall direction of the work.

• Influence key technical and architectural decisions within the project.
• Provide cross‑team problem solving and solutioning as a core part of the role.
• Lead the design and implementation of software components that satisfy project requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of Python development experience.
• At least two years of hands‑on work with Pharma R&D Clinical Systems, specifically Veeva Vault.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (a minimum of 12 years in the workforce). If holding an Associate Degree, at least six years of work experience is required.
