Job Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Palantir Foundry Developer to design and deliver end-to-end, data-driven solutions using Palantir Foundry. The position is based in Arlington, VA with an onsite work arrangement, supporting the full lifecycle from ingesting and transforming data to deploying performant workflows.
In this role, you will build Foundry pipelines and transforms, develop applications and workflows that meet user needs, and connect Foundry to external systems through APIs and connectors. You will also help maintain performance, data quality, and governance while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy Foundry data pipelines, transforms, and data products.
- Build and enhance Foundry applications and workflows aligned to user needs.
- Integrate Foundry with external systems via APIs and connectors, supporting ingestion, modeling, and governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and monitor performance and data quality.
- Participate in code reviews; document solutions and follow best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including pipelines/transforms and data modeling/ontology concepts.
- 16 years of experience in software development, data engineering, or analytics engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience building data pipelines and data models.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD fundamentals.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Salary: USD 79,600 - 172,400 per year.
