Oracle Developer

SonSoft Inc offers a path for IT professionals to grow within a global staffing and consulting environment. This full-time, onsite role in Sunnyvale, CA provides the chance to collaborate with on-site and offshore teams, shape Oracle based solutions, and drive testing and automation with OATS or Selenium. Regular travel may be required to support a global delivery model.

Responsibilities

• More than four years of experience creating requirement specifications based on architecture, design, and detailing of processes
• More than four years in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment
• More than four years capturing requirements for internal and external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes
• More than four years of Oracle application testing
• More than four years shaping test strategy and test design
• Supply chain domain experience is advantageous
• One to two years experience in scripting languages or automation tools such as OATS and Selenium
• More than four years with test management tools like HP Quality Center, including creation of test strategy, test execution analysis, and reporting
• More than four years of test execution analysis and reporting
• More than four years delivering test deliveries in an onsite-offshore model with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment
• Experience and interest in a global delivery setting
• Strong analytical, communication, planning, and coordination skills, with project management experience
• Willingness to work within a management consulting context that involves regular travel

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience can substitute for each year of education
• At least four years of information technology experience
• Supply chain domain experience is an advantage
• One to two years of experience in one or more scripting languages or automation tools like OATS and Selenium
• At least four years of experience with test management tools like HP Quality Center, including development of test strategy and reporting
• At least four years of experience in test execution analysis and reporting
• At least four years of experience delivering tests in an onsite-offshore model with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team within a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to participate in a global delivery environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills, plus planning, coordination, and project management experience
• Interest in a management consulting setting that involves regular travel
