Sonsoft, Inc. invites you to join this full-time, permanent .NET Developer (WCF) role onsite in Bentonville, AR. Focused on middleware within a service oriented architecture, this position requires 4+ years of middleware experience and strong proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, and WCF/WebAPI. Responsibilities

• Contribute 4+ years of middleware development in .NET, building components, libraries, and services using C#.NET, Entity Framework, LINQ, and WCF/WebServices/WebAPI within an SOA framework.
• Design and implement multithreaded, multi-node, high-performing applications with a strong understanding of processes and threads.
• Improve the performance of components, applications, and services through optimization and best practices.
• Apply object oriented programming principles and a solid grasp of various design patterns.
• Create abstract business layers and data access layers to support modular, scalable architectures.
• Demonstrate strong SQL Server development capabilities, including writing complex database objects and performance tuning.
• Work within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies for iterative development and delivery.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Jenkins to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Leverage knowledge of NoSQL environments, with MongoDB considered a value add.
• Participate in design and architecture reviews and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Contribute in a global delivery environment with teams located at various sites.
• Exposure to or preference for Trading, Financial Services, and Wealth Management domains.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of processes and threads with 4+ years creating multithreaded, multi-node, high-performing applications.
• Ability to effectively enhance the performance of components, applications, and services.
• Deep proficiency in object oriented programming and software design patterns.
• At least 4 years of experience building abstract business layers and data access layers.
• Solid SQL Server development experience with 2+ years of writing complex database objects and performance tuning.
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience with Jira, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of NoSQL environments; MongoDB is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in design and architecture reviews.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse, multi-stakeholder team.
• Experience in Trading, Financial Services, and Wealth Management is preferred.
• Willingness to operate in a Global Delivery Environment with teams at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of Information Technology.
