.NET developer

Contract role onsite in Brentwood (Nashville area) with an enterprise-focused .NET team. You will own delivery end to end across the full software development lifecycle, apply Microsoft .NET expertise to real business needs, and contribute through design, implementation, testing, support, and mentoring. The opportunity is full-time, Monday to Friday, at up to $58/hr for a 12-month contract.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, test, and support software applications using Microsoft .NET technologies
• Contribute across the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support
• Create technical specifications grounded in business and functional requirements
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in large-scale enterprise applications
• Maintain and improve existing applications while developing new functionality
• Participate in architecture and design discussions with technical teams
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver effective software solutions
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support delivery and operations
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers

What you bring

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft .NET Framework development
• Hands-on experience with C# and/or VB.NET
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle
• Proven ability to diagnose, debug, and maintain large-scale software applications
• Experience developing technical specifications from business requirements
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design, and development best practices
• Ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
