Microsoft 365 Developer

Indotronix International Corporation is seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 Developer to drive enterprise AI and automation initiatives across the Microsoft 365 stack, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. This contract role, based in Strongsville, Ohio with a hybrid work arrangement, emphasizes architectural rigor, reusable components, and mentorship to elevate development standards within enterprise teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related services.
• Create advanced automations, integrations, reusable components, and agent experiences.
• Provide connector-based access to enterprise and line-of-business systems aligned with established architecture patterns.
• Convert architecture and product requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Support packaging, application lifecycle management, testing, readiness for release, and operational handoff.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards, design reviews, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, reporting teams, and security/governance stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 development, Power Platform, automation, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience building enterprise-grade solutions with secure data access and reusable components.
• Deep understanding of application lifecycles, testing, deployment, and governance in enterprise environments.
• Ability to work across low-code and pro-code delivery models.
• Effective problem-solving, technical leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, custom connectors, enterprise search grounding, and agent orchestration.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development workflows.
• Experience in regulated environments and adherence to enterprise-grade delivery standards.

Interview Process

• Two in-person interviews.
• First round about 30 minutes focusing on technical scenarios and articulation of use cases.
