Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain IBM Maximo based enterprise asset management solutions. Work with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements, implement new features, customize workflows, and ensure smooth integrations.
- Develop automation scripts, MBOs, and Java classes to extend Maximo functionality.
- Utilize the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) for data exchange and system connectivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT systems
- Proficiency in Java, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and XML for Maximo customization
- Knowledge of IBM WebSphere, workflows, BIRT reports, and automation scripting (Jython, Python, or JavaScript)
- Occasional weekends and after-hours work may be required to support business or project needs
- U S Citizenship or permanent resident status, as required to access APL facilities and networks
