Job Description
Machine Learning Engineer on the AWS ProServe Delivery Team, onsite in Arlington, VA, focused on designing, implementing, and scaling AI/ML and generative AI solutions for customers.
Compensation
- USD 131,300 - 177,600 per year
Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and secure scalable AI/ML workloads on AWS, tailoring to client needs and selecting appropriate models, including fine tuning for specific use cases
- Build and launch ML models and generative AI applications that address real business problems, run experiments, and optimize performance at scale
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify high value AI/ML opportunities, capture requirements, and craft implementation strategies for ML and generative AI solutions
- Provide guidance on applying AI, machine learning, and generative AI responsibly and cost efficiently, troubleshoot across the delivery lifecycle, and enforce best practices
- Serve as a trusted advisor on the latest AI/ML advances, emerging technologies, and innovative methods to leverage diverse data sources for business impact
- Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, creating reusable AI/ML artifacts, and prototype evaluation with teammates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques
- Experience applying professional software engineering practices across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, architectures, code reviews, source control, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
