Machine Learning Engineer

What you will do

• Craft new ranking features and optimize existing ones to improve relevance metrics
• Develop an algorithm framework to support diversified ranking features
• Design platform tooling that enables parallel ranking experiments
• Develop metrics to evaluate ranking performance

Requirements

• First-hand experience with traditional information retrieval techniques or machine learning based ranking models
• Ability to derive insights from query logs analysis and identify opportunities to improve search quality
• Background in text processing, information retrieval, natural language understanding, or machine learning
