Lead Software Engineer

Triano Technologies is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for a remote role focused on building and operating cloud-native systems. This position calls for extensive U.S.-based experience and hands-on depth across AWS serverless components and infrastructure as code.

Role Focus

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will contribute to system design and deliver outcomes that require clear alignment between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. The work emphasizes practical understanding of how systems are structured and how they operate in a cloud environment.

• Apply system design understanding to support technical execution

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of U.S. experience
• Strong cloud-native background
• Experience with AWS Lambda (Python)
• Hands-on use of Terraform for IaC
• Working experience with Kafka
• Experience with API Gateway
• A Java background with a transition to AWS/Python/serverless work
