Job Description
Triano Technologies is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for a remote role focused on building and operating cloud-native systems. This position calls for extensive U.S.-based experience and hands-on depth across AWS serverless components and infrastructure as code.
Role Focus
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will contribute to system design and deliver outcomes that require clear alignment between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. The work emphasizes practical understanding of how systems are structured and how they operate in a cloud environment.

- Maintain strong communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Apply system design understanding to support technical execution
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of U.S. experience
- Strong cloud-native background
- Experience with AWS Lambda (Python)
- Hands-on use of Terraform for IaC
- Working experience with Kafka
- Experience with API Gateway
- A Java background with a transition to AWS/Python/serverless work
