Job Description
Genpact LLC is looking for a Lead Data Engineer to support analytics, problem solving, and executive reporting in an onsite role in Jacksonville, FL. In this position, you will take operational ownership of DVIC analytics activities, provide clear visibility to leadership, and independently deliver organized, high-quality outcomes with minimal oversight.
The role emphasizes hands-on work across analytics platforms, stakeholder communication, and the ability to turn complex questions into actionable insights. Genpact operates with a large, global engineering community, and this position supports real business decisions through reliable data and clear reporting.
What you’ll do
- Use strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to investigate complex business questions, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Provide hands-on Adobe Analytics support across web and mobile app platforms, including implementation and tagging support, requirements development, data validation and quality monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Build recurring executive-level reporting and presentations that communicate performance, key insights, business implications, and recommended actions.
- Apply excellent verbal and written communication to understand business needs, simplify complex concepts, and engage technical and business leaders with confidence.
- Proactively manage day-to-day DVIC analytics activities, priorities, and deliverables, while keeping leadership updated on progress, risks, upcoming milestones, and next steps.
- Operate as a highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter who turns broad objectives into structured plans and delivers independently with minimal oversight.
