Lead Data Engineer

Capgemini is hiring a Lead Data Engineer in Hartford, CT (hybrid). The role supports a flexible schedule with 3 days per week in the office. What you’ll do

In this lead capacity, you’ll focus on building and maintaining reliable data systems end to end. Core responsibilities include:

• Build data pipelines to move and transform data for downstream use
• Optimize SQL for performance and maintainability
• Model data to support consistent structure and accessibility
• Manage NoSQL stores as part of the overall data architecture
• Implement quality checks to support correctness and data reliability
• Perform performance tuning across relevant components
• Handle metadata management to improve discoverability and governance
• Provide production support to address operational needs and issues

Salary

The target base salary range for this position is USD 125,000 - 136,000 per year.
