Responsibilities
- Configure and update dashboards for reuse and ongoing value
- Assist in creating training materials and documentation
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and contribute sustainment artifacts
- Support analytics handoff and drive institutional adoption
- Progressively develop Army Vantage skills during the engagement
- Help prepare training environments, datasets, and example dashboards
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual training events
- Draft and maintain training documentation, job aids, and reference materials
- Assist instructors during sessions, including troubleshooting and student support
- Validate training data and dashboards for quality and accuracy
- Capture training feedback and document lessons learned and AAR inputs
- Support reuse and sustainment of training materials and analytics products
- As skills mature, undertake limited instructional duties such as walkthroughs or demonstrations
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain and maintain
- Ability to operate in classified and unclassified environments, including NIPRNet
- Strong written and verbal communication for military and civilian interactions
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for in-person training and operational support
- Proven ability to learn new tools, workflows, and operational contexts
- Team-oriented and capable of collaborating with diverse Army and contractor personnel
- Bachelor’s degree, or progress toward one, in a technical, analytical, or quantitative field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships, labs, or academic projects)
- Foundational knowledge of Python or SQL
- Understanding of basic data analysis and visualization concepts
- Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms and tools
- Strong attention to detail and solid documentation skills
