iOS Developer

Build and maintain advanced iOS applications for a remote-friendly role based in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced applications for the iOS platform
• Integrate the application with other services using REST web service calls
• Use iOS frameworks including Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Text
• Work with third-party libraries and APIs
• Write unit tests to support robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Requirements

• Prior Apple project experience is required
• Excellent knowledge of Objective-C
• Strong understanding of multi-threading and GCD (Grand Central Dispatch) concepts
• Excellent knowledge with multithreading
