Ground Software Engineer

Ground Software Engineer (Level 2) at Lockheed Martin requires TS/SCI clearance to develop enterprise, cloud-based mission management and command-and-control software on an Agile team in King of Prussia, PA or Littleton, CO.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative enterprise, cloud-based solutions for mission management and command and control.
• Design, implement, test, and maintain object-oriented ground system software applications using Java, Angular, and Python.
• Support modernization efforts aimed at improving efficiency, security, automation, and scalability.
• Collaborate with an enthusiastic team of software, systems, and test engineers in an Agile Development environment.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with adjudicated SCI eligibility prior to start of employment.
• 1+ years of professional experience (Emerging Professional Level 2).
• BS degree.
• Experience developing ground subsystems.
• Strong software engineering background with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in Scaled Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in Java, Angular, and Python for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining ground system software.
