Benefits and compensation
On top of a competitive base salary, this role offers a generous total compensation package and a strong benefits program. The base salary ranges from USD 121,000 to USD 156,500 per year, with the opportunity to earn a discretionary annual performance bonus up to 16%. The retirement plan features fully vested contributions, starting at 5% and increasing to 10% after two years, along with a comprehensive set of health, wellness, and family benefits.

- Design, develop, and deliver robust, scalable, high performing solutions that support Finance and Procurement initiatives, with a focus on custom-built applications
- Operate within an Agile squad, contributing hands-on across the full delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering to design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business partners to translate requirements into effective technology solutions
- Own operational support, troubleshoot production issues, drive continuous improvements, and ensure application stability and performance
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5+ years of software development delivering production-grade applications
- Strong proficiency with a modern stack including C#, .NET, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React, plus solid SQL, HTML5, and CSS fundamentals
- Working knowledge of Python (or willingness to ramp quickly) due to its role in AI/ML tooling
- Understanding of modern architectures (microservices, API-first, single-page apps) and core design patterns (MVC, CQRS, Repository)
- Experience building or integrating AI-powered features using LLM APIs (eg, Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) for conversational interfaces, summarization, or intelligent search
- Experience designing agent-based systems with multi-step reasoning and tool calling using frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph or provider SDKs; familiarity with RAG and context management
- Comfort working in an AI-augmented development environment with agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Codex, and ability to assess AI output critically
- Experience with Azure or AWS; familiarity with cloud AI/ML services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) is a strong plus
- Experience with cloud-based financial or operations platforms, including APIs, integrations, SSO, and data visualization
- Strong ability to write agile user stories and documentation, and to present work to clients and stakeholders
- Strong spoken and written English skills, with comfort presenting to non-technical audiences
