Full-Stack PHP Developer

Newmark Mountain West is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack PHP Developer to design, develop, and maintain proprietary web applications that support commercial real estate operations. This onsite role in Salt Lake City combines backend PHP development with Laminas, PostgreSQL, and Linux deployment in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year and requires a minimum of five years of professional PHP experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web-based applications using PHP in conjunction with the Laminas framework, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL queries, stored procedures, and schemas to support application features.
• Build responsive user interfaces with Bootstrap and jQuery to deliver accessible experiences across devices.
• Deploy, configure, and manage applications within Linux server environments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues across the full stack and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Support and enhance existing proprietary software and integrations.
• Provide technical support and training to internal users as needed.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the department.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional PHP development experience.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including database design, querying, and optimization.
• Experience with the Laminas (Zend) framework.
• Front-end development proficiency with Bootstrap and jQuery.
• Solid knowledge of Linux server administration and application deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• High adaptability with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize changes quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables.
