Full Stack .NET, C#/Azure Application Developer

DKKD Staffing is seeking a Full Stack .NET/C# Application Developer with a focus on Azure services. This onsite role is based in Valencia, California (91355) and reports to the IT Development Manager.

Position Details

Location: Valencia, CA 91355 (onsite)

Salary: USD 125,000 - 145,000 per year

Experience: 3+ years of relevant programming experience

Education: Undergraduate degree required

Overview

The position centers on developing and maintaining full stack .NET and C# applications within an Azure environment, collaborating closely with project stakeholders to advance core business processes.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, design, develop, implement, modify, and support software applications and components for essential business workflows.
• Follow written specifications and established guidelines, while maintaining technical documentation of process flows related to the work.
• Under general supervision, handle all aspects of application design including performance optimization, coding, caching, security, state management, logging, debugging, scalability, code reviews, environment setup, and testing.
• Participate in all phases of development and implementation, coordinating with project analysts to understand business implications.
• Verify that applications meet specifications through objective review processes.
• Strive for optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and defects, log issues, and propose solutions to address identified problems.
• Support code quality, organization, and automation efforts.
• Perform unit and system level testing on applications.
• Develop data migration and integration processes with legacy systems using approved development tools and technologies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of relevant programming experience; undergraduate degree in computer science, business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in .NET/C# development with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of full stack .NET/C# development experience.
• 3+ years of Azure Architecture experience, including App Service, Azure Functions, Azure API Manager, Azure Event Grid, and Blob Storage.
• API development and API security using OAuth2 and JWT.
• Utilizes established development tools and conventions such as ASP.NET, SQL Server, RabbitMQ, and REST APIs.
• Strong frontend skills with JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Preferable experience with Angular or React for frontend development.
• Ability to enhance existing systems by analyzing objectives, planning actions, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ability to create technical specifications and test plans.
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and an understanding of object oriented design.
• Domain driven design is preferred.
• Proficient with code versioning tools such as Git, GitHub, SVN, and Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
