Full-Stack Developer — AI Applications & Integrations

Join Cognitive Media and help build AI-driven applications and integrations in an on-site role in Beverly Hills, CA. This position blends customer-facing development with the backend and service work required to connect AI services, APIs, databases, and business tools. You will collaborate with an existing developer and help move products from requirements to launch.

What you’ll build

As a Full-Stack Developer focused on AI applications and integrations, you’ll develop reliable features and improve overall application usability. The work includes implementing end-to-end functionality, integrating third-party services, and taking ownership of features from initial requirements through debugging and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing features while developing the associated backend functionality.
• Connect services and improve the reliability and usability of applications.
• Collaborate with the existing developer team to help bring products to launch.
• Integrate APIs, AI services, databases, and business tools.
• Own a feature independently from requirements through implementation, debugging, and deployment.

Requirements

• Self-taught and early-career developers are welcome to apply.
• Experience building complete, working applications via employment, freelance work, or personal projects.
• Strong interest in AI and building practical applications with it.
• Ability to use Claude Code (or comparable tools) effectively, including understanding, reviewing, and troubleshooting generated code.
• Comfort working across frontend and backend development.
• Clear communication and strong collaboration with other developers.
• Experience integrating APIs, AI services, databases, and business tools.

Compensation

USD 60,000 - 80,000 per year
