Frontend Developer

Vurvey Labs is hiring a Frontend Developer in Cincinnati, OH (onsite) to help shape the look, feel, and usability of our web client. In this role, you will build engaging React interfaces for AI platforms, turning design ideas into working experiences while maintaining a strong focus on mobile-first experiences, intuitive user journeys, and modern, captivating motion.

What you’ll do

• Partner closely with customers and leadership to define and implement the visual identity and user experience for the web client.
• Develop, prototype, and deploy high-quality React applications with mobile-first design and engaging animations.
• Move quickly from concepts to functional prototypes using an iterative development approach.
• Apply design and engineering skills to deliver a seamless, intuitive user journey.
• Support user research efforts, including wireframing and usability testing, to continuously improve the UX.
• Create designs and prototypes that can be translated into production-ready components.
• Use modern tools and libraries, including React, Next.js/Vite, and AI-powered development assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Dev.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into functional and visually impactful components.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Continuously learn emerging front-end and UX trends to keep the platform aligned with innovation.
