Entry-Level Software Engineer
Job Description
Pariveda is seeking an entry-level software engineer to join small consulting teams supported by mentors and a structured career path. The role focuses on delivering technology solutions across cloud, data engineering, DevOps, and AI in a hybrid working model.
Role Overview
As a Pariveda Consultant, you will collaborate with Pariveda employees and partner with clients to address real business challenges. Work is performed with guidance from a dedicated mentor, along with a defined path for growth. You will develop, test, and manage projects and contribute to solution architecture and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in small teams, coordinating with Pariveda employees and partnering with clients to solve business problems.
- Develop through mentorship and a defined career path, including performance reviews every 6 months and promotion eligibility every 12 months.
- Learn to estimate, gather requirements, develop, test, manage projects, and architect and deliver solutions.
- Explore and apply technologies across cloud and data engineering, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, and PySpark.
- Apply DevOps practices such as CI/CD, Docker, and Terraform.
- Build AI and Generative AI solutions using RAG, LLMs on Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks including LangChain.
- Use AI strategically to improve client solutions while communicating the value, limitations, and ethical use of AI to clients and stakeholders.
- Strengthen professional communication skills by creating and presenting findings, solutions, and demos to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives and stakeholders.

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a comparable field, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
- Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Compensation
- USD 79,800 - 91,800 per year
- Entry-level salary is $79,800, with cost of labor increases for Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington DC markets.
