Job Description
Ecco Select is seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer to advance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, delivering scalable solutions and intuitive UIs in a hybrid Dallas, TX environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications and customizations to meet business needs.
- Create responsive, user friendly front end components using modern web technologies.
- Develop and support back end integrations, plugins, workflows, and custom business logic within Dynamics 365.
- Customize forms, dashboards, views, and business processes to align with requirements.
- Partner with business users, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities following development best practices.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and development standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands on experience building solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
- Strong front end development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
- Experience creating Dynamics 365 customizations, including forms, business rules, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform components.
- Proficiency in back end development using C#, .NET, Web APIs, and Azure services.
- Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with third party applications and enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience with source control, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
