Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a software development team
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to define strategy and execute cross‑functionally
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Champion coding, architecture, and agile best practices
- Oversee project timelines, priorities, and team performance
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership
- Strong technical background with knowledge of PHP, Laravel, React, or similar
- Experience with modern development frameworks and cloud platforms
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing engineers
- Change advocate who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
