This onsite role in Arlington, VA offers a competitive salary range of USD 107,700 to 179,500 per year and the chance to design, build, and maintain data pipelines that power analytics, reporting, and operations. You will work across cloud and enterprise data environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable data models, ensure data quality, and support client delivery. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and workflows that support analytics, reporting, and operational use cases
• Develop, test, and deploy data engineering solutions across cloud and enterprise data environments
• Transform, validate, and integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple source systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable data models, data quality controls, and processing frameworks
• Support client delivery by documenting technical solutions, resolving defects, and contributing to continuous improvement of data platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or artificial intelligence development
• 3+ years of experience architecting and deploying data pipelines, artificial intelligence agents, or machine learning models into production environments
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with PowerBI, Power Apps, or Power Automate
• 1+ year of experience designing end-to-end artificial intelligence solutions, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and cloud-based integration
• 1+ year of experience supporting BI, analytics, or technology programs in a mission-driven environment
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques (classification, clustering, regression, anomaly detection)
• Active Top Secret level security clearance; TS/SCI preferred
• Must be able to commute onsite 100% into Arlington/Rosslyn/DC
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
