Data Engineer II (AWS, Databricks, AI)

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize advanced data solutions, troubleshoot issues, apply transformations, and propose data cleansing and quality improvements.
• Architect and design complex data systems to meet analytical requirements.
• Evaluate diverse data sources to determine value and usage, recommending data to include in analytics, reporting, and AI/ML workflows.
• Apply core data management practices, including governance, security, and quality controls.
• Collaborate across teams to support delivery and educate end users on data products and the analytics environment.
• Analyze data and systems, assess defects or incidents, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Test data movement, transformation processes, and data components to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of data engineering experience.
