Data Engineer
Job Description
The Data Engineer role at Accenture Flex centers on building robust data solutions, designing scalable pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes. This onsite position requires collaboration across teams, with three days per week spent on-site in Jersey City, Addison, or Charlotte.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize scalable data pipelines to support complex data workflows and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions that meet business requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot data issues to ensure accuracy and reliability of data assets.
- Support and mentor less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering processes and tools to enhance overall team performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a highly skilled engineer with strong data engineering, integration, and automation experience
- Deep proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and PowerShell, with ability to extract, transform, and operationalize data across multiple platforms
- Knowledge of Genesys Cloud, NIC Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation and Symon Korbyt Wallboard technology
