Cyber Operations Capabilities Developer (TS/SCI)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cyber capabilities using C and Python
• Design modular, scalable tooling tailored for operational use
• Enable cross-compilation across multiple architectures and platforms
• Perform reverse engineering and low-level system analysis
• Contribute to vulnerability research and exploit development
• Build and integrate implants and tooling with C2 frameworks
• Collaborate with operators to iterate on mission-driven requirements
• Maintain clean, version-controlled codebases and reproducible builds

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Proficiency in C (systems-level programming)
• Experience with Python for tooling, scripting, and automation
• Familiarity with Git and modern development practices
• Experience with cross-compilation for diverse targets
• Reverse engineering skills using GDB, IDA Pro, or Ghidra
• Experience in vulnerability research or exploit development
• Development of modular implants or payload frameworks
• Knowledge of process injection or similar low-level techniques
• Experience with Command and Control (C2) systems such as Mythic, Cobalt Strike, or Vermilion Strike
• Network stack programming including sockets, protocols, and TCP/IP
