Responsibilities

• Crafting intents, trigger phrases, and robust fallback handling
• Assessing the constraints of no‑code and low‑code environments
• Foundational knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform
• Power Automate workflows, including cloud flows, approvals, and error handling
• Dataverse data modeling with tables, relationships, and security roles
• Prompt engineering and conversation design
• Structuring prompts to ensure consistency and grounding
• Designing conversational flows, whether guided or open-ended
• Adopting an integration mindset for multi‑system use cases
• Experience with APIs, connectors, and cross‑system integrations
• Determining when custom development is required
• Governance awareness throughout the project lifecycle
• Security considerations, environment strategy, and data boundaries awareness
