Conversational AI Developer
Job Description
Openkyber is seeking a Conversational AI Developer onsite in Alaska to design and deliver conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Crafting intents, trigger phrases, and robust fallback handling
- Assessing the constraints of no‑code and low‑code environments
- Foundational knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform
- Power Automate workflows, including cloud flows, approvals, and error handling
- Dataverse data modeling with tables, relationships, and security roles
- Prompt engineering and conversation design
- Structuring prompts to ensure consistency and grounding
- Designing conversational flows, whether guided or open-ended
- Adopting an integration mindset for multi‑system use cases
- Experience with APIs, connectors, and cross‑system integrations
- Determining when custom development is required
- Governance awareness throughout the project lifecycle
- Security considerations, environment strategy, and data boundaries awareness
