Contract ServiceNow Developer (SPM)

Ledgent Technology is seeking a Contract ServiceNow Developer/Consultant to support a Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) initiative through a 6+ month W2 engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, enhance, and report on a strategic enterprise ServiceNow platform using the latest ServiceNow version
• Build and implement improvements across the ServiceNow system
• Support an enterprise platform that aligns organizational investments, projects, resources, and business objectives
• Contribute to enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and enhancements

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong background in ServiceNow configuration, customization, development, and reporting
• Experience supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively across stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience
• Experience with portfolio management, resource management, project governance, or similar platforms

Location and Engagement

• Remote (also includes onsite option in Rosemead, CA)
• Contract role with a 6+ month W2 engagement
