The Clinical Systems Developer Lead at Mankato Clinic is based in Mankato, MN with a hybrid on-site schedule (2 days per week) within 100 miles.

Design, develop, code, test, and analyze software programs and applications according to established specifications and standards.
Create and sustain an integrated architecture across the EHR, Practice Management, biomedical devices, and other enterprise systems; manage interfaces and plan architecture to ensure interoperability, scalability, and dependable data flow.
Produce and maintain documentation, user manuals, and guidelines for the developed applications and systems.
Confirm that applications align with business requirements and system goals, meet end-user needs, and address issues; review current application effectiveness and devise strategies to enhance performance and utilization.
Extract and analyze data to support clinical and operational decision making, including dashboards, trend analysis, and submissions to payers and government entities.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or 4 years of relevant experience.
5+ years of progressively responsible experience in software development, data analytics, or business intelligence in a production environment.
Proficiency with modern programming languages and frameworks, including Python, .NET, PowerShell, HL7/FHIR, XML/JSON, and SQL.
Experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, or Redshift.
