Senior-level Business Information Developer Consultant based in Indianapolis with a hybrid work arrangement, bridging business subject matter experts and Anthem/Elevance IT to implement Indiana Medicaid project requirements aligned with FACETS standards, with a focus on data warehouse design and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Takes on complex tasks that demand advanced, specialized technical expertise.
• Sets and communicates unified goals and direction for the team.
• Gains and maintains in-depth knowledge of data warehouse design, data definitions, system capabilities, and data integrity issues.
• Acts as a subject matter expert.
• Tracks timelines and budgets for assigned and related projects.
• Designs and supports highly complex data warehouse applications, including database table design and implementation for specific business areas.
• Delivers training on how to use the developed applications.
• Utilizes developer tools, PC proficiency, spreadsheets, and database skills.
• Applies business information tools and programming or query languages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Analytics, or related
• 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, or related occupation
