AWS Integration Developer - Software Engineering Solutions

Deloitte is hiring an AWS Integration Developer to design and deliver integration layers and event-driven pipelines connecting a client importer onboarding platform with AWS and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integration layer between a mobile app and AWS backend services
• Implement REST/API integrations between AWS services, Salesforce, and external systems (ATS/NVC, ACE Portal, Paravision)
• Connect Salesforce to ATS/NVC to support person-level vetting hand-off and results
• Integrate Paravision biometric and liveness checks into the identity verification workflow
• Create and maintain entity mapping logic to link an applicant to an existing or new IOR
• Deliver ACE Portal account creation and the post-access 5106 workflow
• Support Release 1 and Release 2 integration work in parallel with ongoing production support
• Develop event-driven integration flows using services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Iprove, and SQS/SNS
• Build and maintain Salesforce-side integration components using Apex, Connected Apps, or middleware such as MuleSoft
• Implement data mapping and transformation logic for systems with different schemas
• Write automated tests for integration endpoints and data flows
• Document data flows and integration points to support the ATO process
• Troubleshoot integration failures across the end-to-end chain from the mobile app to ACE
• Collaborate with the cloud infrastructure engineer, application developers, and CBP stakeholders to keep integrations aligned with policy and security requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance
• 3+ years building production integrations on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, Event Bridge, SQS/SNS)
• 3+ years of REST/API design and implementation
• 3+ years integrating with Salesforce (Apex, Connected Apps, or an iPaaS tool)
• 3+ years integrating third-party or legacy government systems, with secure handling of PII and biometric data in transit and at rest
• 3+ years with CI/CD and automated testing for integration code
• Reside a commutable distance to Deloitte office in Gilbert, AZ, Mechanicsburg, PA, or Lake Mary, FL
• Able to travel up to 10%
