Role overview

This associate software engineering position focuses on designing, building, and implementing DELMIA Apriso solutions. You will configure and integrate the platform to align with business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes across workflows, forms, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement DELMIA Apriso solutions to meet business needs, covering workflows, forms, and reports.
• Configure and customize Apriso to reflect core business processes, including workflow setup, form creation, and report configuration.
• Integrate Apriso with other systems such as ERP, CRM, and supply chain management platforms.
• Test and debug Augmented Apriso solutions to ensure they meet requirements and operate without errors.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and fellow developers to ensure deliverables align with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to best practices that enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 1 year of professional work.
• Experience with Agile development processes.
• Experience with the Atlassian tool suite, including Bitbucket and Jira.
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience with database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• Excellent problem solving abilities with the capability to analyze complex issues and craft effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and development teams.
