Job Description
Remote Android Developer role at ByKon in Mexico, MO (remote), contract, USD 50,000–60,000 per year, focused on architecture development, UI building and new feature creation.
Responsibilities
- Architecture oriented development and user interface construction for Android
- Translate design concepts into mobile UI implementations
- Develop and deliver new features for the Android platform
- Identify, reproduce and resolve testing issues to improve quality
Requirements
- Proficiency with Android SDK
- Extensive Java and Kotlin development experience
- Knowledge of Java Collections and threading
- Unit testing experience
- J2EE and J2ME development background
- UI design patterns and Android best practices
- Experience with APIs and third party libraries
- REST and JSON handling
- Understanding of mobile landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies
- Full life cycle development experience
- Git and other version control platforms
