Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end intelligent automation solutions that blend AI and ML, OCR, and natural language processing to interpret unstructured, semi-structured, and structured data.
- Build document processing pipelines that extract, classify, and validate information from diverse file formats such as PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, and scanned forms.
- Assess and integrate tools like Azure Cognitive Services, AWS Textract, Google Document AI, or UiPath Document Understanding into tailored solutions.
- Capture user needs and translate high level business objectives into scalable, automated technical architectures.
- Develop and deploy secure automation using UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
- Embed AI driven insights into automated business processes across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless automation across platforms.
- Serve as a thought leader and technical SME in intelligent automation strategy.
- Advance critical project actions on behalf of the client to maintain momentum.
- Mentor junior RPA developers and automation analysts.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to streamline operations and drive innovation across mission critical systems.
- Explain technical concepts in accessible language to educate and guide non-technical clients and internal team members.
Requirements
- Minimum six years of experience in AI, automation, or intelligent systems architecture.
- Proven track record delivering AI powered solutions, with a focus on document processing and workflow automation.
- Proficiency with at least one RPA platform such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Blue Prism.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts including NLP, OCR, data classification, and entity extraction.
- Experience with cloud native AI services and APIs on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear technical documentation.
