AI/ML Software Developer
Job Description
CATHEXIS is seeking an AI/ML Software Developer to join an onsite engineering team building AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers, staff, and leadership to design solutions that address customer needs
- Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions
- Build and improve tools that help users understand and analyze large-scale data
- Debug, troubleshoot, and perform software modifications
- Test software and solutions to support reliable delivery
- Create documentation and support development of technical procedures and user support guides
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance or higher (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with JavaScript, Java, or other object-oriented programming language(s)
- Hands-on understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and profiling & optimization
- Ability to develop team-oriented solutions for complex engineering problems
- Proficiency leveraging modern LLM tools to accelerate development workflows and improve code quality

Compensation & Location
- Location: Tysons, VA 22102 (onsite)
- Salary range: USD 123,100 - 150,000 per yearly
