System Developer I
Job Description
Inceed seeks a System Developer I in Lakewood, CO, offering a hybrid work arrangement, to design and build AI-enabled solutions, integrations, and microservices within a full-stack development role. The position carries a salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year and requires a Bachelor’s degree along with at least four years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-enabled solutions, integrations, and microservices
- Develop and optimize RAG and retrieval-based applications
- Support agentic and multi-agent system design and implementation
- Build production-grade APIs and backend services
- Integrate LLMs with internal applications and workflows
- Write, review, and maintain tests for AI and application components
- Document technical solutions, runbooks, and API usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements
- Support deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution
- Mentor junior team members through code review and guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 4+ years of recent system development experience with AI/ML components
- Strong Python development experience
- Hands-on experience deploying LLMs in production
- Experience building RAG solutions and vector store workflows
- Experience with agentic or multi-agent systems
- Experience with .NET, web frameworks, or microservices
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data engineering patterns
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams
