System Developer I

Inceed seeks a System Developer I in Lakewood, CO, offering a hybrid work arrangement, to design and build AI-enabled solutions, integrations, and microservices within a full-stack development role. The position carries a salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year and requires a Bachelor’s degree along with at least four years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-enabled solutions, integrations, and microservices
• Develop and optimize RAG and retrieval-based applications
• Support agentic and multi-agent system design and implementation
• Build production-grade APIs and backend services
• Integrate LLMs with internal applications and workflows
• Write, review, and maintain tests for AI and application components
• Document technical solutions, runbooks, and API usage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements
• Support deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution
• Mentor junior team members through code review and guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 4+ years of recent system development experience with AI/ML components
• Strong Python development experience
• Hands-on experience deploying LLMs in production
• Experience building RAG solutions and vector store workflows
• Experience with agentic or multi-agent systems
• Experience with .NET, web frameworks, or microservices
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data engineering patterns
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams
