Responsibilities

• Coordinate the distribution and ongoing maintenance of online courses and trainings
• Lead and mentor other designers and developers
• Design and develop a comprehensive curriculum that spans online and instructor-led delivery
• Plan and integrate new content by setting short- and long-term goals, implementation schedules, and learning objectives for new programs
• Assess training effectiveness, including content accuracy, delivery methods, and cost
• Develop project plans and guide training initiatives
• Research and recommend appropriate technology solutions

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent plus 5 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of learning management systems and multimedia tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Cenario VR
• Creative mindset with the ability to design and develop curricula using specialized learning technologies and advanced instructional design expertise
