Sr. Data Engineer

ITAC Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join a healthcare-focused team in Birmingham with a hybrid work arrangement. This role centers on building SQL-based data solutions and crafting BI dashboards that support strategic and operational decisions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SQL-driven data solutions and reporting processes
• Design, develop, and refine BI dashboards and analytics
• Analyze complex datasets to inform business and operational decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture reporting needs and deliver effective solutions
• Learn and contribute to Cogito-related reporting and data environments

Requirements

• Strong SQL development skills
• Proven experience building business intelligence solutions and reports
• Healthcare data environments experience is preferred
• Experience with analytics, reporting, or data visualization platforms
• Ability to translate business needs into effective data solutions

Compensation
