Create compelling web interfaces within the IT Enterprise Systems team.
Develop and maintain full-stack applications.
Support enterprise integrations.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements.

Troubleshoot production issues.
Deliver reliable solutions that support UCSF's mission of education, research, and patient care.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full-stack application development.
Proficiency with Node.js, PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel and Lumen.
MySQL database design, development, optimization, and performance tuning.
Experience working in Linux/Unix environments, including shell scripting and cron job management.
Knowledge of modern UI/UX principles and front-end development best practices.
Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Experience using GitHub or similar version control systems for collaboration.
Understanding of enterprise application integrations and business systems, including ERP platforms such as Oracle or similar solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop, execute, and maintain sustainable testing strategies and test plans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

USD 101,300 to 190,000 per year

Flexible work arrangement with onsite presence required three days per week at UCSF Mission Center Building.
