Software Engineer (TS/SCI Poly)

The Josef Group Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer with active TS/SCI clearance and Full Scope Poly to design, develop, and integrate software solutions for a high-priority Operations customer. The role involves eliciting requirements, integrating capabilities, building data tools, and automating tasks. Location is Columbia, MD with a hybrid work arrangement. Salary is USD 180,000 - 280,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret stakeholder needs to shape technical designs.
• Develop and integrate capabilities into current platforms and SDKs.
• Create scripts and interfaces to convert and standardize data.
• Automate tasking and data collection by adding new tools and capabilities to existing platforms.

Requirements

• Production-grade software development experience in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience deploying and maintaining production services in a fast-paced environment.
• Containerization and deployment of services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
