Responsibilities

• Steer end-to-end software engineering initiatives, contributing to discovery, architectural design, development, and delivery.
• Design and build applications, integrations, and reporting tools that enhance software quality, increase test visibility, and boost developer productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and leadership to convert business goals into actionable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful services, front-end interfaces, and data services that support internal engineering workflows.
• Provide technical guidance to teammates and partner teams, promoting software quality and testing best practices.

Requirements

• Experience leading software engineering initiatives from discovery through design, development, testing, and delivery.
• Hands-on experience designing and building software applications, REST API integrations, and data-driven services.
• Proficiency in modern languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, or equivalent technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements and business impact into scalable software solutions.
