Software Engineer - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation is seeking a remote Software Engineer - AI Trainer to help shape the next generation of AI by designing varied coding challenges, delivering high-quality code with clear explanations, and evaluating AI-generated solutions. This contract role, based in Boca Raton, FL, offers flexible, fully remote scheduling and hourly compensation between $50 and $100, along with the option for higher bonus rates on select projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve a range of coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets paired with detailed explanations.
• Assess AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide feedback that informs the development of future AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, native or bilingual level.
• Proficiency in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
