Software Engineer 2 (Tester) (TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly)

Revolution Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer 2 (Tester) to join an ICAM Zero Trust engineering team. This role centers on unit and system integration testing with a strong emphasis on UX/UI validation and system-level verification to ensure quality and compliance of ICAM products. The position is onsite at Fort George G Meade, MD and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly, along with close collaboration with development and systems engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ICAM Zero Trust engineering teams to execute unit and system integration tests
• Assess the performance of UX and UI components
• Coordinate testing activities for ICAM products with developers and systems engineers
• Analyze, diagnose, and perform initial evaluations of software products
• Develop testing procedures and methodologies
• Create test plans, scripts, scenarios, functional tests, regression tests, and deployment tests
• Produce reports for each test activity and monitor test metrics throughout the lifecycle

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
• Experience with software development methodologies
• Ability to resolve complex system and integration problems
• Experience briefing senior-level management
• Engineering experience supporting requirements definition, functional analysis, and allocation
• Experience conducting system requirement reviews
• Experience developing CONOPS and system architectures
• Experience with automated workflows (backend and front-end testing automation)
