Hayden Industrial LLC offers a hands-on software development role on site in Tulsa, where you will work alongside the lead developer on projects that blend hardware integration with software solutions. You will help build internal applications and interfaces between software and embedded hardware within an industrial manufacturing setting. Responsibilities

• Work closely with the lead developer on initiatives that combine hardware integration with software driven solutions.
• Create and maintain internal applications that support day-to-day operations.
• Develop, test, and deploy software for systems that connect with embedded devices, sensors, and industrial hardware.
• Diagnose issues and enhance existing software systems and supporting infrastructure.
• Support IT operations, system administration, and the integration of new technologies as needed.
• Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and documentation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language from PHP, HTML, JavaScript, Python, or C/C++.
• Understanding of networking, APIs, and software-to-hardware communication concepts.
• Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers such as Raspberry Pi or Arduino, or other industrial hardware.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and REST APIs.
• Exposure to version control with Git and modern development workflows.
• Some experience in IT support, system integration, or automation scripting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast-moving team environment.
