ServiceNow Developer

This remote ServiceNow Developer role is with Marathon TS, supporting DHS ICE operations in the DC Metro Area.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work autonomously with little oversight to configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
• Support data migration design and activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition.
• Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with the agile methodology and experience working on agile scrum teams
• The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail in all aspects of work and client interaction

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
• 1+ years experience with Portal customization
• 1+ years experience with App Engine
• Must have an active government clearance
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
• US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position)
• Must be able to obtain a Client Public Trust clearance

Compensation and Location

Salary: USD 130,000 - 135,000 per year. Location: Virginia (remote).
