ServiceNow Developer
Job Description
This remote ServiceNow Developer role is with Marathon TS, supporting DHS ICE operations in the DC Metro Area.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work autonomously with little oversight to configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
- Support data migration design and activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition.
- Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the agile methodology and experience working on agile scrum teams
- The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in all aspects of work and client interaction
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
- 1+ years experience with Portal customization
- 1+ years experience with App Engine
- Must have an active government clearance
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position)
- Must be able to obtain a Client Public Trust clearance
Compensation and Location
Salary: USD 130,000 - 135,000 per year. Location: Virginia (remote).
