Senior Web Developer/Master

BJ Concepts inc is seeking a Senior Web Developer/Master to lead secure, DoD-aligned web initiatives from Huntsville, Alabama. The role blends hands-on development with webmaster support, SharePoint administration, and exploration of AI and large language models, all within a hybrid remote setup and requiring a SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create graphical designs and plan site architecture
• Layout web applications, websites, and related services and technologies
• Build dynamic and static interfaces using HTML, DHTML, VBScript, JavaScript, and CSS
• Design, develop, and maintain web content with blogs, RSS/news feeds, audio/video, and social APIs
• Develop SharePoint pages and content using basic web parts; administer permissions and groups
• Update information and create workflows; perform routine maintenance
• Design and implement links to other DoD sites in compliance with DoD and U.S. Army G-6 standards
• Analyze and assess existing and emerging technologies for relevance to web environments
• Conduct software, standardization, and configuration/topography/site structure assessments
• Identify changes necessary to upgrade websites and services
• Perform reviews and audits of websites and online content for timeliness, compliance, and regulatory adherence
• Maintain and administer websites and web-based services; enhance their capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Five years of Web and Systems Development experience
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) certification
• Experience with MS 365, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, Xcode, VS Code, and PowerQuery
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Bot creation
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and other standard graphic design software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiar with Section 508 and EIT Accessibility Standards
• Maintain a SECRET clearance
• Physical ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, bend, lift, and push while performing various tasks
• Comfortable working at heights (catwalks, lifts), in dimly lit venues, and around restricted spaces; able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent visual acuity and hearing; ability to read architectural plans and schematic drawings
