Senior Software Engineer, SONiC - Networking

As a Senior Software Engineer on NVIDIA’s SONiC open source NOS team, you’ll design and integrate networking features for NVIDIA Networking products and ship improvements through continuous deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and deliver new feature work as part of the SONiC release train on top of NVIDIA Networking products
• Work in a Continuous Deployment environment with fast development and deployment cycles
• Collaborate with experienced teams inside and outside NVIDIA Networking, including teams active in the SONIC community
• Develop high quality code with an emphasis on open source delivery, including publishing and review in leading open source environments

Requirements

• B.Sc degree in Computer Science or related fields (in studied EE) or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in development
• Networking protocol knowledge
• Proven experience with AI tools for development or developing agents
• Programming experience with C++ and Python
• Fast and self learner with strong technical skills
• Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Redmond, WA (onsite)   |   Compensation: USD 152,000 - 287,500 per year   |   Minimum experience: 3 years
