As a Senior Software Engineer focusing on infrastructure for cloud storage, you will work on large-scale systems that power Google Cloud storage offerings. Responsibilities

• Write and test product or system development code
• Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select among technologies
• Review code from other developers and provide feedback to promote best practices in style, accuracy, testability, and efficiency
• Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and update it based on product changes and user feedback
• Triage product or system issues and debug, track, and resolve by analyzing hardware, network, or service operation impacts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience with software development in C++
• 3 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems
• Experience with Generative AI Agents
• Experience working in a cloud environment (Google Cloud)
