Senior Software Engineer - Elixir

Stord is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to expand product capabilities by owning features from first build through ongoing delivery. This role sits in an environment that values engineering craft, daily iteration, and cross-functional problem solving, while tackling both technical and supply chain challenges that still lack clear solutions.

You will work on the back-end and participate in front-end interaction, connecting product intent to production outcomes. The position is based in Atlanta, GA with onsite expectations, and it calls for 8+ years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Own software end to end by creating, testing, iterating, and delivering new features to the Stord platform
• Partner across the company to understand customer and vendor pain points, then prototype, iterate, and launch solutions
• Address a range of technical challenges alongside supply chain problems that have yet to be solved
• Incorporate information security (IS) commitments and requirements into information technology processes, including ensuring managers enforce IS policies and procedures within their departments
• Build out and modify back-end services using Elixir/Phoenix and collaborate with the front-end using React
• Drive ongoing improvements for a product that rapidly impacts the third-party logistics (3PL) industry
• Influence the full development lifecycle, including ideation, design, delivery, maintenance, and operations
